Nu zien we iets anders gebeuren.
Iemand vraagt bijvoorbeeld:
- websites;
- blogs;
- reviews;
- nieuwsartikelen;
- kennisplatformen;
- forums zoals Reddit;
- bedrijfsprofielen.
- actuele informatie;
- duidelijke structuur;
- inhoudelijke diepgang;
- betrouwbare bronnen;
- expertise;
Bij AI geldt: garbage in, garbage out.
- onderzoek doen;
- informatie structureren;
- een eerste versie schrijven;
- teksten herschrijven;
- verschillende invalshoeken of titels bedenken.

“AI is too important to be developed in isolation. As an industry, we must demonstrate together that innovation and responsibility can go hand in hand.” With that conviction , Hans Schuurmans, CEO of AIMAZE, has taken on the role of inaugural chair of BRAIN Netherlands.
This is a special and proud moment for AIMAZE. Not only because our CEO has been appointed to this leadership role, but above all because BRAIN Nederland embodies exactly what we strive to build every day: a professional, reliable, and people-centered AI sector.
A major step forward for the Dutch AI sector
AI is evolving at breakneck speed. More and more organizations are discovering the power of AI, AI agents, and digital employees. The possibilities are vast. Work can be organized in a smarter, faster, and more efficient way. Employees can be supported. Companies can grow without everything being directly dependent on additional staff.
But that growth also requires direction.
“The question is no longer whether AI will play a major role,” says Hans Schuurmans. “The question is how we ensure that AI is used in a reliable, safe, and valuable way.”
That is why the launch of BRAIN Nederland is so important. BRAIN Nederland aims to become the leading trade association for AI organizations in the Netherlands—an organization that connects, represents, and empowers.
Why BRAIN Netherlands is needed
The AI sector is in its pioneering phase. New companies, new applications, new services, and new forms of collaboration between humans and technology are emerging. This is inspiring, but it also raises questions.
How can you identify reliable AI providers? How do you address privacy, security, and transparency? How are organizations preparing for the AI Act? How do we prevent misleading claims or unrealistic promises? And how do we ensure that the Netherlands secures a strong position in this new economy?
BRAIN Netherlands aims to help provide clear answers to these questions.
Not by stifling innovation, but by fostering trust.
“Trust is the fuel for growth,” says Hans. “If customers, the government, and society come to trust AI organizations, the entire sector can mature more quickly and more robustly.”
Pride from AIMAZE
At AIMAZE, we work every day to develop Digital Employees: digital colleagues who support organizations in marketing, HR, sales, administration, and other tasks. For us, AI isn’t just about technology. It’s about people. It’s about collaboration. It’s about responsibility. And it’s about practical value.
That is why Hans’s role as the first chair of BRAIN Netherlands makes perfect sense to us.
From the very beginning, AIMAZE has been built on the idea that AI should be accessible, understandable, and reliable. Not as a passing fad, but as a long-term solution to major challenges, such as labor shortages, productivity, and changing work patterns.
“AI shouldn’t be a black box that people are afraid of,” says Hans. “AI should become a colleague who helps, supports, and empowers. But to achieve that, we as an industry need to demonstrate that we work professionally and responsibly.”
Building a strong sector together
BRAIN Netherlands aims to bring together AI organizations that are committed to moving forward. These are organizations that want to drive innovation, but also focus on quality, codes of conduct, knowledge sharing, and speaking with a unified voice to the government and the market.
That is sorely needed. AI is impacting more and more sectors: from education to healthcare, from government to small and medium-sized businesses, from marketing to administration. That is precisely why the sector must be visible, accessible, and professionally organized.
For AIMAZE, this is not a standalone initiative, but part of a larger movement. We believe that the Netherlands needs a strong AI sector—one that is not only technically advanced but also socially responsible.
Heading into September
In the coming period, we will be working on further developing BRAIN Netherlands. In September, BRAIN Netherlands plans to launch a high-profile campaign. Key priorities will include founding members, member recruitment, communications, positioning, and the further development of a code of conduct.
AIMAZE looks forward to actively contributing to this.
“We are at the dawn of something significant,” says Hans. “BRAIN Netherlands has the potential to become a hub where AI organizations can support one another, share knowledge, and collectively demonstrate what a professional AI sector stands for.”
Together, we are building the future of AI
The fact that Hans Schuurmans has been appointed the first chair of BRAIN Netherlands on behalf of AIMAZE feels like a great honor to us. But above all, it feels like a responsibility.
Because AI is going to have a massive impact on organizations, employees, and society in the coming years. That’s why it’s important to have stakeholders who don’t just talk about opportunities, but also take responsibility.
At AIMAZE, we are proud to be able to contribute to this.
“The future of AI isn’t determined by technology alone,” Hans concludes. “It’s determined by the choices we make as individuals and organizations. That’s why we need to build that future together.”
And that is exactly what BRAIN Netherlands stands for.
Have you noticed it too? The way we search for information is changing. Whereas you used to visit multiple websites to find an answer, you now increasingly ask that question directly to an AI model. You get a clear answer right away—and if you want, it even includes a handy comparison or a top 5 list.
For organizations, this has a clear consequence: website traffic is declining. Not because people are less interested, but because the answer is provided earlier. And that is precisely where the new challenge lies. Because if your organization is mentioned there—in an AI response or overview—you’ll come to the attention of potential customers and be included in their further search.
But how do you make sure AI mentions your organization? Here are our five top tips for improving your visibility in AI models.
1. Write with meaning
AI focuses less on individual keywords and more on content and context. It wants to understand what your text is about and what problem you’re solving. Clear explanations, a logical structure, and concrete answers therefore work best.
2. Build authority
AI trusts sources that appear frequently and in various places—not just on your own website, but especially outside of it. Think of mentions on other websites, partnerships, publications, or social media. The more often your organization is mentioned in a relevant context, the more likely AI is to include you in its answers.
3. Make sure your SEO is in order
SEO hasn't gone away. In fact, it's a key foundation for how AI understands your website. Think of a good H-structure, clear headings, alt text for images, and strong meta titles and descriptions. This makes your content easier to read for both search engines and AI models.
4. Be specific and practical
AI prefers clear answers. Lists, step-by-step guides, definitions, FAQs, and concrete examples work well. Don’t just say what something is—also explain how it works and when to use it. Craft sentences that can be understood on their own and quoted verbatim, because AI likes to incorporate short, clear statements into its answers.
5. Stay up to date
AI prefers recent and relevant information. Keep your content up to date, add new insights, and update existing blog posts as needed. This shows that your organization is keeping up with the times and increases your chances of continuing to be mentioned.
Ready to make your mark in AI?
Gaining visibility in AI-generated answers requires a different approach than traditional SEO. It’s all about meaningful content, clear structure, and a consistent presence in the right places. That’s exactly where our digital marketing specialist comes in. She translates these principles into concrete content, keeps your website up to date, and ensures that you’re systematically included in AI-generated answers.

At AIMAZE, we’re used to it by now. Part of our team consists of digital colleagues. They don’t sit at a desk, join us for lunch, or chat by the coffee machine, but they do work with us every day. For example, Kazimir works with his digital colleague Gerry, Jelte works with Jason, and I (Baukje) work with my digital marketing colleague Jessica.
When we tell people this, they often look at us in surprise. “A digital employee?” Sometimes with raised eyebrows, sometimes with curiosity. And honestly, we get it. Because what does a digital colleague actually do?
The idea is actually very simple. A digital assistant doesn’t work alongside you, but with you. That way, you can keep doing what you’re good at, and your digital colleague does what they excel at.
My own digital marketing colleague
Take my digital marketing colleague Jessica, for example. She specializes in online visibility. She stays up to date on the latest developments, knows all the best practices, and receives specific training in these areas. Consider questions like:
How do you ensure you’re still found now that more and more web traffic is shifting from Google to AI-generated answers? How do you approach SEO and GEO strategically? And how do you stay ahead of the competition in this regard?
She also takes care of day-to-day tasks, such as posting blog entries. She helps write alt text, fills in metadata according to the latest guidelines, and makes sure everything is accurate. Do you use WordPress, for example? She’ll fill in all the details for you and get the blog post ready. All you have to do is approve it.
The result? Less hassle, less time spent on trivial matters, and more freedom to focus on what matters to you. Not in the office, but still part of the team—and secretly, a colleague we’d love to have on board.
